London Office
Biography
Elizabeth Randall is Managing Director for STR Global. Prior to being appointed Managing Director, Elizabeth had been Director of Operations for the company with responsibility for operations and client relationship management. Elizabeth has been active in the industry, speaking at international conferences and participating on panels at various events.
Elizabeth joined STR Global from the financial services industry, having served as Interim President/CEO for Pasadena Federal Credit Union in California after previously serving as Vice President, Member Services for the $120 Million organization.
Elizabeth holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.
Biography
Konstanze Auernheimer oversees STR Global’s marketing, research and forecast activities. After starting out in the hotel industry for Steigenberger in Germany and Hilton in the UK, she joined Deloitte’s HotelBenchmark team in 2002 and led their market analysis team from 2005 to 2008. Konstanze holds a degree on Tourism & Planning from the University of Westminster. She regularly investigates and presents on hotel performance and industry trends.
Biography
Sarah Duignan departed Irish shores in May 2005 having spent 7 years in Hotel operations. She joined the HotelBenchmark team at Deloitte in London as a Business Development Executive and as the team re-structured came to manage a number of key international clients in the Account Management Team. STR Global was formed in March 2008 following the merger of the HotelBenchmark team with The Bench and Smith Travel Research. Sarah is now the Director of Account Management within the team and regularly attends and presents at Hotel Operator and Industry events. She holds an Honours Degree in Translation (German & Spanish) from Dublin City University, Ireland.
Biography
Thomas Emanuel leads STR Global’s sales team, overseeing a team of 14 internationally. He has spent his entire career in the hotel industry, most notably with Hyatt Hotel & Resorts, both at a corporate and unit level, and he started with the HotelBenchmark team in 2006. Thomas regularly attends and presents at client meetings and conferences.
