The Hotel Investment Barometer, which will predominantly cover the U.S. hotel transaction market, provides in one spot the status of two dozen metrics that real-estate pros need to know. Also included: a listing of some of the latest transactions, hotel openings, foreclosures and signed management contracts.
The Hotel Investment Barometer is delivered on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month.
12-month subscription fees (24 issues):
1 to 4 subscriptions: $495 each
5 to 20 subscriptions: $495 each for the first four, then $350 each for the remainder
21+ subscriptions: $495 each for the first four, $350 each for the 5th through 20th and $250 for the remainder.
