In year-over-year comparisons, occupancy was up 0.1% to 62.7%; ADR rose 3.7% to $109.93; and RevPAR increased 3.8% to $68.94.
The Baird/STR Hotel Stock Index reported a 0.4% increase in April to 2,784. Year-to-date 2013, the Baird/STR Hotel Stock Index is up 13.7%.

The Europe hotel development pipeline comprises 814 hotels totaling 134,912 rooms, according to the April 2013 STR Global Construction Pipeline Report.
