Fenady Uriarte

Fenady Uriarte is STR’s Business Development Manager for Southeast Asia. Based in STR’s regional office in Singapore, she has over 12 years of experience in hospitality and real estate with global brands including as Mandarin Oriental Group, Las Vegas Sands Corporation, Raffles Hotel Singapore and Century Properties Group Inc. Fenady graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from De La Salle University and has a Certifications in Revenue Management from Cornell University and Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel and Lodging Association. Fenady frequently presents the latest trends and updates at industry events in Southeast Asia.

Bernard Kee 

Bernard Kee leads STR’s South East Asia region primarily focused on hospitality-related development, providing partners with regional perspective to make informed planning decisions. He has a wealth of experience in developing businesses, building robust strategic partner relationships. Bernard started his career in banking before moving to tourism sector and has been in airlines, hotels and online travel businesses for over 13 years. He specialises in online travel marketing and distribution, helping industry partners grow their revenue.  Much of his travel career was with Orbitz Worldwide Corporation. Bernard holds post-graduate diploma marketing and a degree in media management & communications with University of South Australia. He is based in the Singapore regional office for Asia Pacific. On free days, Bernard loves whipping up delicacies tasted on his travels in his home kitchen and he’ll work off the excess by racing in triathlons.

Simon Morley 

A successful hospitality leader with over 27 years of industry experience. Currently VP - Asset Management with Narai Hotel group, & COO for the Lubd Hostel Group.

Simon’s hotel industry experience spans 8 countries, from USA, Australia, South East Asia & Middle East, managing award winning Hostels, Hotels & Resorts. Simon has held senior operational executive positions, General Manager rolls, and Regional Corporate position.

At Narai Hotel Group, Simon has played a pivotal role in negotiating new management & brand agreements for the Paris Hotel asset, and is a Board Director as well. As COO of Lubd, Simon is supports the expansion of the group, as well as managing all aspects of the operation & corporate team. Lubd has two properties in Bangkok & one in Phuket. Lubd Phuket was also recently voted on the best new Hostel in the world. In August 2017, Siem Reap, Cambodia opened, and in December the Makati, Philippines. 2018 new Lubd openings expected in South East Asia with an iconic beachfront property in Koh Samui, Thailand.

Divya Ramaswamy

Divya Ramaswamy is HomeAway’s Head of Digital Marketing, responsible for growth marketing strategy and execution for the Asia Pacific region. In her role, she oversees paid search, display and programmatic advertising, social media and mobile app initiatives for the brand.

An SME in digital marketing, Ramaswamy has almost ten years of global travel marketing expertise, having worked for brands such as Google, Wego and AAE Travel. She holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, a Master’s of Journalism, and Bachelor’s degrees in Journalism, Psychology, and Business.

Brendan Daly

Brendan joined YOTEL in April 2016 to lead the pre-opening and launch activities for Orchard Road, the first YOTEL to open in Asia.

With over 25 years' experience in the hospitality industry, Brendan has been based in Australia and Asia throughout his career working for several respected hotel companies within the region including Starwood, Accor and Onyx Hospitality in both pre-opening and operating capacities. His most recent hotel launch was the opening of Aloft Bangkok in 2012, the first for the brand in South East Asia.
